What is a Human Cat Apartment? Quite simply it's a human bedroom designed for your cat's stay. Cat's are most comfortable in home like environments, and this is as close to home as your going to get!

OUR CAT APARTMENTS INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
- 400 Square foot room.
- 2 windows that they may sit in.
- Full human size bed, television or radio.
- Fully air conditioned / heated.
- Fully carpeted with cat tree.
- Litter box provided.
- Fed as directed, fresh water always available
- Safety away from all dogs and other cats.
- Constant human interaction as we check in and sit/play with them throughout the day.
Space is limited, please make a reservation at your earliest convenience.
CAT BOARDING PRICES AND SERVICES
*Please Note the Following: For the purposes of pricing: Pricing is per Day. If your pet is picked up at or by 11:00AM, you will not be charged for another day of boarding.
Any pet picked up after 11:00AM on the last day of their stay will be charged for another day of boarding. Please see Drop Off/Pick Up Times. This applies to boardings Monday through Saturday. Any pick ups on Sunday at anytime will incur another day's boarding rate.
All cat boarding reservations will incur a one time $15 pet resort maintenance fee.

HOLIDAY PRICING:
Any Dog Boarding or Cat Boarding reservation that will occur five days prior to a holiday or a reservation that is made with in five days following a holiday will be subject to a boarding rate increase of $10.00 per day per pet. The following Holidays are included as peak rate periods: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day.
Boarding rates subject to change in the event of but not limited to: holidays, geriatric & health related conditions that require extra care and attention from our staff, pet behavior and social issues (including aggression, separation anxiety, and resource guarding) that require special care, dogs/cats over 7 months of age that are not neutered or spayed, special needs dogs includes but not limited to: Dogs/Cats that are pre/post surgery, Dogs/Cats that have difficulty with mobility, Dogs/Cats with a chronic condition, Dogs that have incontinence or any reason that PPC deems. Please call for details to discuss. It is the clients duty and due diligence to inform PPC of any and all special circumstances. All rates are subject to change at any time. Any Estimate provided by our client portal is an Estimate only, it is not a binding contract of price.

(This includes supplements and any item you require us to give to your cat in addition to regular feedings.)
INSULIN / INJECTABLE MEDICATION ADMINISTRATION: $10.00 per day per cat
Food We Provide: $5.00 per day per cat
(OWNERS ARE TO PROVIDE THEIR OWN CAT'S FOOD.)
This option is for cats that are presented with no food only.
WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE OWNERS TO PROVIDE A FOOD TO US THAT YOUR PET HAS BEEN ON FOR AT LEAST 60 DAYS.
Food Pick Up / Order Service: $15.00 Service charge
Charged when we must obtain your cat's exact brand of food because they have run out of food. The actual cost of the food is added to this. Receipt provided.
Cooking Charge: $4.00 per day/per cat. Charged when we must physically cook (boil or bake) food for your cat.
Does not include anything microwaveable.
Spring Water: $9.00 per day/per cat
We can provide your cat with spring water ordered from Tyler Mountain Springs. No chemicals or additives in the water. Tap water is provided free of charge, of course to all pets.
OUR STAFF AND VET TECH ARE TRAINED AND EQUIPPED IN IV SUBCUTANEOUS FLUID ADMINISTRATION IF YOUR CAT REQUIRES THIS.
(Fluid by needle under the skin.)
We can provide this treatment to your cat as you instruct. You are to provide the fluid to be administered with needle and IV set.
$20.00 per administration
*Any items that we must purchase for your cat's care, with your permission is to be reimbursed to us at pick up. A receipt will be provided for proof of purchase. If we must travel for any items a $15 service charge will be added. If a vet visit is required, Taxi Fees will be applied. Please refer to that section of Pricing.
Cancellation Policy/Deposit Policy
Per our guidelines for all boarding reservations:
You must make a deposit equivalent to 50 percent of your reservation's estimated cost within 2 days of making the reservation. The deposit paid for your reservation will be applied to your specific reservation. The deposit can be collected through our online system in which clients have full access once registered.
Please note that all deposits are not refundable for any circumstance or reason.
We must enforce this policy due to our own restrictions on creating a home enviornment with less guests than the average boarding facility.
If you cancel, alter or do not show up for your reservation, you will forfeit your deposit. COVID or COVID related cancellations are considered a cancellation.
