DROP OFF & PICK UP HOURS

ALL BOARDING RESERVATIONS:
PLEASE UNDERSTAND: EVEN THOUGH WE CARE FOR PETS 24/7: WE FOLLOW THESE HOURS STRICTLY TO MAINTAIN A CONSTANT SCHEDULE FOR OUR GUESTS. PLEASE RESPECT THESE TIMES. Even though we live in the residence, these hours are put in place to maintain our constant care of the animals. Our lobby door will not be answered outside of these times. All boarding pick ups and drop offs must be scheduled within our online reservation system, and we ask that you arrive at that time chosen by you.
Monday Through Friday: 11:00AM - 6:00PM
Saturday: 11:00AM - 3:00PM
We are CLOSED for Drop Off and Pick Ups on the following holidays: Please reserve your boarding dates accordingly: New Years Day, Christmas Day, Thanksgiving, Independence Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, & Easter. There is no Daycare on Holidays.
Please Advise of Time of Drop Off and Estimated Time of Pick Up when making a reservation request.
Please Text the PPC Text Line: 412-856-8505 if your pet is under our care and your pick up time and date needs changed. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Please text us at least 1 day prior to the pick up date/time.
Late Pick Ups:
Our door is locked and closed at the designated closing time. Any guests not picked up by closing time will spend the evening. They may be picked up the following day during normal business hours. All applicable boarding fees will be charged, and the 11:00 am no charge pick up policy is null and void in this circumstance.
If you find that these times do not meet your needs, we'd rather ask that you seek services elsewhere in all due respect.
Late Policies will be strictly enforced.
